For cancellation of an appointment, please notify us via email (info@maisoncremedelacreme.com) or calling the store directly (587-269-0669) to cancel your booking. Appointments for services may be re-scheduled on an alternate date.
A 50% deposit is mandatory to tentatively confirm and solidify appointments: for bespoke services and artistry services.
The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of services.
Deposits for bespoke experiences and artistry services, are non-refundable. Appointments may be re-scheduled on another day if unable to attend on your scheduled date.
